Cybelec

CybTouch, VisiTouch & DNC controls — serviced & programmed by A1.

Cybelec (Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland, founded 1970) builds CNC controls for press brakes and shears — today's CybTouch and VisiTouch touchscreen ranges, and the widely installed legacy DNC and ModEva controllers still running on thousands of machines.

Those legacy controls are exactly where shops get stranded: the machine bends as well as it ever did, but the control plays up and the original dealer is long gone. A1 services Cybelec controls in-house — diagnosis, programming, and retrofits when a control has genuinely reached the end.

What A1 does on Cybelec equipment

  • Fault diagnosis on CybTouch, VisiTouch, DNC and ModEva controls — on-site SE Queensland, remote VPN anywhere
  • Programming and parameter setup, including recovering machines with lost settings
  • Control backups and restores
  • Retrofit advice when repairing a legacy control no longer stacks up

Common questions

My Cybelec DNC control is playing up — is it worth repairing?

Often, yes. Many DNC-era faults are parameters, batteries, or axis feedback rather than the control itself. A1 diagnoses first — remotely by VPN anywhere in Australia, or on-site across SE Queensland — and tells you plainly when a retrofit is the better spend.

Can A1 recover a machine with lost Cybelec parameters?

In most cases, yes — and once it's running we take a proper backup so the next battery or board failure is an inconvenience, not a crisis.

Which Cybelec controls does A1 cover?

The current CybTouch and VisiTouch ranges and the legacy DNC and ModEva lines, on whatever press brake or shear they're fitted to.
